The Music Dept. Inventory Database is a database application to manage your uniform, musical instrument, equipment/prop and sheet music collections.
You may create inventory records for your uniforms, musical instruments, sheet music, equipment and props; assign uniforms, instruments and equipment/props to Activities (classes, musical groups, teams, etc); check-out uniforms, instruments, equipment/props and sheet music to students / team members; do searches; and print a variety of reports.
The software cost is a one-time fee (no monthly or yearly fees). Free upgrades to new versions for 1 year. If, after 1 year you choose to upgrade, there is a $75 fee.
