The Startup package includes the Theatre Inventory Database Elite plus 1,000 inventory tags (iron-on or sew-in) and 250 adhesive labels.

The Theatre Inventory Database - Elite is the premier database application to manage your costumes, props, ensembles and scripts.

You may Inventory your costumes and props, Assign costume and props to Productions, Combine costume pieces that will be worn together into 'Ensembles' that can be assigned to Roles in Productions, Rent costumes and props to other organizations or students, Do searches, and Print a variety of reports.

The Scripts module is designed to check out scripts, scores, books, etc to students and cast members.

The software cost is a one-time fee (no monthly or yearly fees). Free upgrades to new versions for 1 year. If, after 1 year you choose to upgrade, there is a $75 fee.

Very powerful, just needs a facelift

This program is amazing! I've researched several options for inventorying Theatrical items - specifically costumes. We're a rental house who have been in business for 34 years, and this fits our every needs.

The program is not immediately intuitive, but is once you get the hang of it.

The system runs on Microsoft Access which limits the visual presentation of the program, which does seem a little dated.

But these minor cosmetic complaints are VERY minor in the grand scheme of how well this program works.
